Terms of use
Ground rules for fair numbers.

What this is
Baustellenindex collects observations from citizens. The numbers are samples, not official data. They show what was reported – not what actually happens on site.
Report fairly
Only report what you see on site yourself. No spam, no automated reports, no bypassing the location check.
Photos
Only upload your own photos. No recognisable people, no licence plates, no private property. By uploading you grant us a simple right to display the photo on the platform.
No insults
The platform shows no company names from user input and allows no free text. Builders are only roughly classified (city, utility, private, unknown).
Liability
[Limitation of liability / disclaimer – legal review required.]
